I'm planning for a 5km (or 2) next week. But I'm really worried I'll be smack-dead lazy and end up missing it again. Oh gosh, oh gosh. I made a mistake of eating a whole half pack of potato chips today and everything went downhill from there. I ought to be shot dead with poison arrows. I'm enthusiastic in making it up but there is always that high chance of giving in to temptation and it doesn't help that I only exercised 3 times this week. NOT GOOD, my dear girl.
I'm going to register for Stand Chart 10km by tomorrow, by hook or by crook. And I'm 70% serious about engaging a personal trainer. So much so that I've been searching and asking around and luck has been on my side. I hope to be able to come to a decision by September. Hopefully once I've signed up for 10km for real, I can also start my training for real. Now it is TOTALLY non-existent.
Next week should be a slightly busier week for me. I have a piano teaching seminar, which will take up a full day, and a piano concert to attend. Actually, I'm looking forward to it all. Sick of staying at home and bingeing and watching TV. Or even shopping and enjoying life so much. WHEN is Jan actually going to call me?!!? URGH. Please, God help.
