Its been a long long long time.  I know.  Really the reason is we cut out internet since we don't have money.  A LOT has gone on.  I am (as of today)26 weeks pregnant.  It feels like yesterday.  I am stil terrified.  I am still terrified that I will wake up tomorrow and find out that I did something horrible to make this all end.  I am really scared.  Really....and primarily about finding red stuff in my undies.....sorry for the TMI. 

On another note I am working on changing my name.  YEP, Erika and I agreed a LONG time ago that we would both change our legal last names.  Being that neither one of us wanted to give up our names, but wanted the same last names it only seems fair.  Our battle cry and words of encouragement has since been "Team Shadow" which is usually followed by a high five.  Its like our family battle cry.  We love it.  For thouse of you that are wondering we didnt' just make it up.....it is a mix of letters from both of our last names.  Anyway....the point of this post is.....WTF is wrong with the Baltimore City Court syestem.  Since I am pregnant I am rushing this name change thing.  So I file in June.....when I am a couple of months pregnant.....it sat on the freaking shelf for several weeks until I called to check.  Then they sent it to the Masters, then I had to call and have it sped up......then it was sent back to the original office.....now they are asking for publication.....but when I called to ask questions the guy said I had to come in....that it was my job to know about my case.....I said that I don't have time to take off from work to come in to the court house to be told that they don't relaly know the answers eitehr......after arguing for 30 minutes I got a superviser and she told me they mailed me a letter.  Oh, well I thought I had to come in for an answer.  Anyway....who knew that changing my name could be so flipping hard. 

Oh, and who knew that I would luck out and get placed on a jury during my first jury duty experience.  Woop.  Stupid crap.  They give you 15 dollars....which doesn't even pay for parking.  BUT, I was pissed, however, would do it again as it is my Civic Duty.  BUT they could at least pay for parking.
