It was our 3 month-iversary on Sunday, and any excuse to go out, right? So we went to The Cape of Good Hope on The Plain, and were ... well, unimpressed. I've been repeatedly disappointed by the food there; it looks like a gastro-pub, at I think it tries to be, but fails. But I@m not sure on this one, and its not so diabolically bad that we don't keep coming back. So, this is an open invitation to Mr Masticator to come on down and sample the place, and tell me once and for all whether it is or is not a good place to eat. Til then, we're going to stay away from the place. Which is a shame, because they have a pretty good range of wine and beer.
