So - catch up, like always!

Tropic Thunder was fucking hilarious. I’m out of jelly beans, and a lead farmer to boot! Hehehe, I want to see it again.

The drive down to Oxford is a haul, but so worth it. I had such a wonderful weekend with Grant. The concert was amazing (Linkin fucking Park, always top notch, and even Chris Cornell was good) the drive to and from was nice (so glad he volunteered to drive, though) and then he took me to the Bagel place, which was divine (the Messy Katie seemed fitting, and my word, was it tasty). Shaken and not stirred, the evening was very nice just hanging out and talking, we stayed up most of the night. I proved I can totally take a bitch down if I’m so inclined, and it was all in all just a really, really good time. Long, long drive home, though, after being so tired with so little sleep. And the accidental foray into Indiana didn’t help. Damn detours.

Work had been a bit chaotic in a weird way lately. My hours are shit for this semester, but I should have expected different.

I want to check out this Grace Church that Jan told me about,, I think it might be good for SCOPE.

Went to Projekt Rev again up here, with my dad; a “tradition” he calls it, even though we weren’t getting along AT ALL, and I guess it sort of is. We only talked music and trivial stuff, mostly - just the basic “what’s going on” talk, and it worked. It was surprisingly nice, and the concert was of course amazing.

I think I have water in my ear. Or else, it’s just weird.

Grant told me it took a year for his wisdom teeth symptoms to feel right again. Or something like that. Not reassuring.

I cannot make myself write. It’s getting on my nerves.

My new license plate cover came. Made me happy. I want to put it on this weekend, after I get the car washed. I am cleaning it out today, and I’m almost done, so that’s cool.

I love Coldplay.

I am thinking about legally changing my middle name to “Fucking” - I figure if it works for Mike and Chester, it could work for me, too.

Classes are going to start soon. I am wondering if I am biting off more than I can chew. I have a meeting about taking up a CA position this semester on Friday with Dr. Dwyer. We’ll see how that goes.

I need new Chucks. Going to pick them up tonight, hopefully. Along with hopefully hitting Mamma Mia! with John this evening. It’s been postponed too long.

NIN on Friday, as well. Sigh. I don’t know. I really want to go, don’t get me wrong. But... I have other things to do. And Vinny can’t go. It’s just, blah.

Gonna head out now. Like a baby.
