I'm listening to Green Day right now, and I realized how long it had been since I had listened to them, which is a crime.
They used to be my favoritest band ever, but now that I've loved all these other bands, they've just kind of been sitting on the back burner. I'm sorry, guys. I know how much you hate love me.
I'm now going to take the time to shove down your throat tell you how much I really love these guys, even though I've been all "Guns N' Roses! Bowling For Soup! The Used! *insert band here*!"
I still think they're one of the best things since Wonder bread, even though I admit that American Idiot wasn't one of their best works ever. *shot*
I still love them enough to name my whole Livejournal after one of Tre Cool's little ditties called "Billie Joe's Mom". Let me type it for you...or better yet, let me embed a video.
