God, so I don't know how this got started or why I even decided to take this up but nonetheless, I managed to create a meetup group for avid readers and film aficionados. It started out well enough, I had a good group of interested persons, I figured that being able to find those people, alone justified the meetup.com costs and fees but lately I've noticed that the present members include persons who seem to have joined for novelty and not because of an actual interest in the group. It infuriates me because I've tried really hard to be serious and motivated to read the present book - something I wish everyone else was doing. Ugh, what to do about it? I am so tempted to just cancel the meeting and be done with it altogether. I guess I will give it a few days, maybe a week and see who actually responds to my messages regarding the club. From there I will make a decision about it.
