No calls and I received pure sleep. I’m actually pretty relaxed today.
Went into the office for the day to cover when everyone else went to a co-worker’s memorial. It’s amazing how many people went to a memorial that was: - A 15-minute drive from the office
- Held on Friday at 1pm.
- Over at 2pm.
Around half didn’t come back to work. Sure some had known him for quite a few years but the cynical part of me thinks that for around 25% of them, it wasn’t due to grief.
Now to bide my time until the machines call me to say they’re broken…
