The diary of a priest called Eowyn on the 4th day of the 8th month in the year 2008.

Well, yesterday was a bit manic, but in a good way.
The day started off with killing some pesky owls & wolves for the trolls of hinterlands. The owls and wolves are a menace I was told, and so off to kill them. Lots and lots until their populations were thinned out. I killed as many as I could find and went back for my rewards Smiley

Turning in the quests presented a nice surprise, I glowed brightly and felt completely renewed! I am now a level 50 priest called Eowyn.

So off to Undercity, the undead home town... it's a bit smelly to be honest and could definitely do with a clean, but it's the closest place to learn more holy ways of of the Priest. I was actually disappointed, there was nothing new to learn, just improvements on things I already know.

After such a tiring day, I took a little nap, but when I awoke there was a nice surprise for me, my best friend Katerie, a powerful undead warlock, had sent me a large amount of runecloth to practice my tailoring, I got some funny looks from the inn keeper removing all that cloth from the mailbox, it was like there was a bag of holding in there... I have no idea how the mail box fits so many things in, it's perhaps something a mage could explain.

I also had a visit from fissure, who had stockpiled runecloth... and I thought Katerie had sent me a lot. I almost fainted, and that was just from the weight of the cloth. Thankfully I was right next to the bank for quick storage.

And that began the next episode of “fun”. To practice tailoring, using as little cloth as possible I needed a runecloth bag pattern. Yes I had quite a bit but I go through it so fast, it is after all in limited supply, and I have no idea where it all comes from... I hear it comes from scarlet humans, but the only ones I have seen only have silk.

I was informed by a little bird that the runecloth bag pattern is in winterspring, a snowy pretty place. I had never been that far north before but on my way I found a couple of new flight points, which I suspect will be useful later on. I did not have any real problems getting there, apart from some nasty bears hiding out in the caves. I was grateful for the map from the “little bird” as nothing was sign posted. Perhaps the bears know the way but I do not.

So there I met with Qui, an odd little goblin who's personality was far too chirpy for my tastes, and I did not say this to her face but that lipstick just does not suit her... pink on green? give me a break! So, the runecloth bag pattern I asked her for, she said she had it... someplace, and told me to wait while she looked for it.... after twenty minutes she gave me a leather pattern, then more waiting and two enchanting patterns.... “I do not need these! Give me the damn bag pattern!”... So then, she had a brainwave as if a little light turned on inside her head, and told me she definitely knew where it was and I should wait a little... a whole HOUR later and she came back, waving it in the air... I exchanged some gold coins for it and breathed a sigh of relief.

A quick polish of the Hearthstone found me back in Undercity, the undead home town... it's a bit smelly to be honest and could definitely do with a clean.

After a bit of a hunt on the auction house for some rugged leather and a few lessons from the tailoring master, I started to make some bags, the runecloth vanished quickly and my horde of leather ended to be a couple of small slithers, but finally I had mastered tailoring to skill 300!

But, I asked my self, could I do with such a high skill, all the pattern I had learned were so much inferior to the robes and garments I have horded through my travels... What I need is an epic robe, fit for a goddess.

And that is what I posted on the wanted board, to my surprise someone said they had a tailoring pattern to sell. A pattern for an epic robe, fit for a goddess, and they were willing to sell it to me for a not insubstantial amount of gold coins. Now, not that I make much gold, but I did come across a demon bag, which fetched slightly more than a non-insubstantial amount of gold coins, but not by much. And now, I am the proud owner of [Pattern: Robes of Vestiment], an epic robe, fit for a goddess.

The materials for this however, are not so easy to acquire. So I enlisted some favours owed... or perhaps I have used all my favours up and am now endebted... but at any rate I enlisted some favours.

And, to finish off the day, some idiot undead guy, who was dressed in nothing but rags (I think he was some homeless beggar off the street) who I do not know, and was shouting abuse at everyone walked up to me and called me a lesbian. I laughed, yeah I am a lesbian, it's no big secret. I think he meant it as an insult, but he will have to try harder next time
