I'm probably not as upset about the end as I should be. I LOOOOOVE Donna. Don't get me wrong about that at all. And if any show could get me teary, it would be Doctor Who, even though I didn't really cry either time at Bad Wolf Bay. I guess I don't have separation issues, cause I've never really had to go through that before. Or whatever, IDK. I'll probably feel a lot worse tomorrow when I'm at the tea party and my and my Doctor Who friends all have puppy faces, and when someone asks us what's wrong we'll all either wail or shriek or whatever we do in unison that makes people roll their eyes at us...Oh, god, I HOPE they've seen the episode. They damn better have.

But okay, things I LOVED about this episode:

-Captain Jack. Just period. "You don't even want to know what I'm thinking about now." (I want that on a t-shirt. Also, calling Mickey "Mickey Mouse"? ABSOLUTE WIN. I want that to continue on Torchwood. (HOW AWESOME IS IT THAT MICKEY IS JOINING TORCHWOOD? IMAGINE IANTO AND MICKEY IN TORCHWOOD....I THINK MY BRAIN JUST EXPLODED.) Even though, what about Andrew? WTF, Mickey?? You heartbreaker.

- DoctorDonna was amazingly awesome, but of course it ended in tears.

- K9! You're awesome. Also, Luke, you're still the cutest thing in the world.

- "No. No, Jackie, no, not you, don't touch anything...just...stand back."

- "Donna, You can't even change a plug!"

- More Spacebook! I want this to be a recurring theme just so I can use the word "Spacebook" more often.

- Did the "Why so shy?" remind anyone of the "Why so serious?" campaign that's going on? Because it certainly reminded me....Yes, I pay a lot of attention to dialogue.

- Do the spinning out of control Daleks remind anyone else of the Daleks Master Plan? Like, the kid!Daleks? No? Okay.

- I love how close Mickey and Jackie are. Like, it's basically like he is her son now. But now that's gone, aww.

- I LOVE Jackie's coat.

There is a lot more that I like (I think?) but I'm not sure it falls under "Happy".

First off, the Daleks speaking German? Creepy beyond belief.

My first theory of which 'time child' would die was the alternative Doctor. Just because I'm not really attached to him like I am to the real Doctor, and as long as there is at least one Doctor I will be happy. I knew that this was highly unlikely, but I was still hoping. The other theory, that someone else suggested was that she was a fobwatched Romana. I've never known Romana myself (you know what I mean, I'm still on the Third Doctor), but I would have been so happy if this had happened. It makes sense that the other Donna would "die" just like John Smith did in "Family of Blood", so I was hoping that's what the beating heart was. (Also, there was a lot of drumming in this episode too, what the hell is happening with The Master? PLEEEEASE LET HIM COME BACK. CAN HE COME BACK? PLEASE?)

I can't even comprehend Donna losing her memory. That's like TWO YEARS of her life. It's so freakin' impossible to imagine not knowing someone. Like, I know the point is that you don't remember losing them, but that's what freaks me out. How can you be so connected to someone, and then all of the sudden forget everything? Like, you don't even know what you're missing and that's just terrifying. The very last bit of the old Donna reminded me of the Angel episode (no, I don't remember the title, because I'm a bad Angel fan) but this is totally worse just because these experiences changed her so much whereas in the other episode it was just the possibility of a relationship. The other Donna is still down there somewhere, but she needs the Doctor to bring it out of her. And she won't be allowed to ever have that now. It's just...sad. And all the amazing people that she knew (will the Doctor inform Captain Jack not to talk to her? You don't just put people in a universe together and not explain the situation) and heard about it. The Doctor wouldn't have been able to solved ANYTHING without her. Like the Doctor said, she was that most important person in the universe. But I believe in the magic powers of Sci Fi and hope that she'll be back. If not soon, eventually. No companion says goodbye forever. (Well, maybe Katrina...) And on top of all that, she saw the Doctor naked and can't even remember ;)

This wasn't a really insightful post, I know, but I'm wondering WHY this show has my writing and thinking so much. Not that Doctor Who doesn't warrant that thought, it's just that I'm not usually the person to give it. I'm all about the spaz and less about the deep ramifications of the plotlines. I don't know, I don't know, I just ramble.

And I REALLY want to know who the next companion is. We didn't even get a segue into the Christmas Special!

I have a tea party tomorrow!

And I went shopping today and got two really pretty dresses, two regular tees, a quite nice tee, and a Stones scoop neck thingy that is VERY rock n' roll. I love H&M.
