Ok so I was rushing for the train, rushing for a meeting not wanting to be late. all were 30 mins walk and somehow I have severely injured the muscles on the underside of my foot. It was sort but not too bad.

I don't think it helped that I wore high heals three days later. By the end of the day my foot was swollen and huge! I have temping work all this week and have to stomp to the station, from the station, to work and back again. The walking consists of about an hour each way. Now my foot is so huge I am walking so slowly that yesterday an elderly lady passes me by, and she was using a walking frame.

Now it is swollen and my god does it hurt. Ah well. I have a day off today so will rest it, no walking, and take lots of ibuoprofen. I have to do all the walking again as of sunday cos I bloody need the money!
