I suspect that you noticed that you went undertime. All three of us
agreed that it was an excellent talk. Presentation, slides, and answers
to questions were all good. Just add a few more slides and this will be
trivial for you to pass in 2B. You could have gone into more technical
detail, but had you just made it to 12 minutes, you would have certainly
passed.

Traumatized Koko had a traumatizing day.
I was 1 minute short of 12 minutes.
I lost much sleep for this, to make sure my content and everything was good.
I don't even need extra content, if I just slowed down while talking.
I went overtime while practising, so I told myself I need to talk faster talk faster talk faster.
And.
This is the result.

So I got my report over with, and now TPM over with (until summer 2009 anyway), 2 more major anticipations of the week includes, or included, teeth operation and job postings. Job postings are still happening, so I'll need to be adjusting my resume very soon. But the teeth operation, not so much.

My mom just called me and the following took place:
- Dentist told me I had to pull out 3 teeth when I was there
- Dentist office called insurance company of my dad's workplace, saying that $1600 will be needed for 4 teeth pulls
- Insurance company said no that's too much we can't cover it
- Dad suggested maybe pull out the one wisdom teeth giving me the most pain, pull the rest that don't hurt next year or something
- Dentist says no if we pull we're pulling 4 at the same time, ain't gon be pulling it one by one
- Obvious to see that dentist = ♥ $$$
- Dad said if my teeth don't hurt anymore (which they don't), maybe I can wait til insurance company confirms how much they're willing to cover; if not, seek another dentist

In conclusion, I won't be going home this weekend, will not be pulling any teeth, and will not be missing Friday classes! =D I haven't bought my bus tickets yet, wooo. I'm worried what will happen to me once I finish my antibiotics, which I've been trying to take on time. (It's just too hard coz I have to take 3 a day, what a hassle.) If it starts hurting again I'll just... go home and get more antibiotics or smth, I ono. I don't see why I need to spend $1600 pulling out 4, especially when I was only informed of 3.

So this weekend!! Applying to jobs + newmagway.com (I'll srsly finish it this weekend so that I can stop thinking about it) + catch up in class materials I don't understand and MAYBE GET AHEAD?! (Not likely) And and... laundry... I think I can do it, especially when I don't have labs this week so I basically have half days starting tomorrow. =D (And, especially after going through a very literally HELLISH first weekend in school...)


In my 3 hour ECON101 class tonight, I learned one thing. And that is,

Bush is stupid.

No really, that is what he kept saying. I can't help but wonder, if he had to teach Economics in U.S., what would he do.
