It's that time of year again...   We have had two 25-degree mornings this week, followed by gorgeous, clear, crisp, 55-degree autumn days.  The colors have begun to mute a bit, and many leaves are falling off the trees these days.  Autumn is my favorite time of year -- a combination of excitement, melancholy, color, warmth, cold, vibrancy, and subtlety.  Snow has fallen in the mountains, and even the surrounding hillsides.  It also reminds me that the soccer season is winding down.  In fact, we have practice today, last home game tomorrow, practice Monday, and last game Tuesday.  (The varsity keeps going through the playoffs, and I'll be with them, by the JVs will be done.)  I'm already missing my JV girls.



How could I not miss this crew?
