Saturday afternoon, Matt and I will be setting our sails for Bermuda. I cannot wait. We haven't had a real vacation (one lasting longer than 4 days) since our honeymoon. Sun, sand, good food, sea sickness...I can't wait. :)

I'm deciding which books to take with me, but having a hard time. I know this may seem hard to believe, but I don't feel like reading. I haven't read ANYTHING in months (well, book-wise. TWoP and newspapers are still being read). I've been watching TV instead of reading. I marathoned Heroes in time for season 2's premier and am slowly but surely getting through season 1 of LOST. I also just noticed that On Demand's Top Pick's is showing Dexter for free, and since I don't get Showtime, this is great! They only have it on until 10/4, but since the season is only 12 eps long and I already watched 1, 11 eps in 3 nights' viewing time doesn't seem too unrealistic.

So you see, this bring me to a dilema. I'm on a TV kick and TV on a cruise ship is mightly limited. I don't have an iPod I can download tv shows to and I don't have any DVDs I want to watch (although I do have a portable DVD player). Which I guess means I have to read. Woe is me.

SO! Any suggestions for good cruise/beach/reading-while-half-drunk-on-rum books?

PS - [info]whowantscookies, I'll do a shot of tequila for you...or maybe just a rum drink.
