[info]ravenways had posted this questionnaire the other day and I decided to fill it out too. Admittedly, the "chapter" breaks is goofy, but that's the way the questionnaire is. Just roll with it.

Questionnaire
===============

1.Where did you take your default pic?
I found it on a website devoted to telegraph insulators. I choose it cause I like purple.

2.What exactly are you wearing right now?
Black jeans, white and light grey socks, and my new black classic series Star Trek t-shirt.

3.What is your current problem?
Uncertainty.

4.What makes you happy most?
Sunshine, lollipops, and rainbows... oh wait. Eh, probably glass stuff, new DVDs, ghost and haunting movies, womens and goils, Superman, a new bag of salt and vinegar chips when I haven't had any in awhile, getting a large ice tea at Burger King or Subway, comics, boobs, new action figure smell, and puppies.

5.What's the name of the song that you're listening to?
I'm not currently listening to any music.

6.Any celeb you would marry?
Sophia Bush.

7.Name someone with the same birthday as you?
Celebrities? Ok... Clea DuVall, Bridgette Wilson, Hal Sparks, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Will Smith, Jason Flemyng, Scottie Pippen, Tate Donovan, Heather Locklear, Michael Madsen, Christopher Reeve, Mark Hamill, Bob McAdoo, Anson Williams (Potsy!), Cheryl Tiegs, Michael Douglas, Juliet Prowse, Glenn Gould, Barbara Walters. That enough?

8.Ever sang in front of a large audience?
No.

9. Has anyone ever said you looked like a celebrity?
Yes, I've gotten Keanu Reeves several times ("you could be his brother"). And Arvid from Head of the Class (cause junior high school girls are pure evil).

10.Do you still watch kiddy movies or kiddie TV shows?
Uh, yeah. "Family" films and shows mean the whole family, not just children.

11. Do you speak any languages?
Yes, English.

12. Has anyone you've been really close with passed away?
My mother and my grandfathers.

13.Do you ever watch MTV?
Not in over 15 years. Back when they actually played music on the Music Television station.

14.What's something that really annoys you?
Not being rich. It's a bummer.

Chapter 1:
===============
1.Middle name:

Alexander. My mother was fond of calling me Derek Aloysius. If she called for me by that name I knew she was in a good mood. If she called for me as Derek Alexander... well... uh oh.

2.Nickname(s):
Slim, Cheech, Dirk, Dude Love, Rock (Hudson), Rico...

3.Current location:
In a glass case of emotion.

4.Eye color:
Technically very dark brown. But they're so dark they appear black most of the time (unless up close, when they look more dark red).

Chapter 2:
===============
1.Do you live with your parent(s):

Not anymore.

2.Do you get along with your parent(s):
Yeah, I always did.

3.Are your parents married/separated/divorced
My father is a widower.

4.Do you have any Siblings?:
Yes. An older sister, younger brother, and baby sister.

Chapter 3: Favorites
===============
1. Ice Cream:

Back when I actually could eat ice cream I liked Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip, Black Forrest Cake, and... I forget the other one.

2. Season:
Autumn. I swear that October is my favourite month of the year. The air is cool and crisp as we're finally past the oppressive heat and humidity of summer, and the depressing greyness of November is still off. Plus there's all the beautiful colours and foliage, and Halloween and all the spooky movies and shows. I friggin love October.

3.Shampoo/conditioner:
I wash my hair with a soap bar. Otherwise it gets greasy if I use shampoos.

Chapter 4: Do You..
===============
1.Dance in the shower?

Uh... no, cause I don't want to die in the show. Seriously? There are people who dance in the shower?

2.Write on your hand?
Uh, no, because I'm neither 14, nor a girl.

3.Call people back?
Yes, when appropriate.

4.Believe in love?
Yes. Just listen to the rhythm of my heart.

6. Have any bad habits?
Several, probably.

7. Have any mental health issues?
That's a big yes.

Chapter 5: Have You..
===============
1.Broken a bone:

Several: The ribs along my left ribcage are permanently broken (never heals); my left foot was broken; my left wrist had a bone chip; I've a broken piece of cartilage in my nose from when I took a boot to the face wrestling with Darren as teenagers. My left side sucks.

2.Sprained stuff:
All the damn time growing up.

3.Had physical therapy:
No. But I had electro-shock treatments on my left arm and hand when it was paralyzed in a gym class accident back in grade 8. They mostly used patch electrodes, except for when they shoved a needle into the joint connecting my left thumb to my wrist and ran current through it. Yeah, that hurt.

4. Gotten stitches:
Only from oral surgery.

5.Taken painkillers:
Yes (see above).

6. Gone scuba diving or snorkeling:
Nope.

7.Been stung by a bee:
Nope.

8.Thrown up at the dentist:
Ewww... no.

9.Sworn in front of your parents:
Yeah.

10. Had detention:
Probably, but of the "staying in class in recess" variety. None of that The Breakfast Club type stuff.

11.Been called a hoe.
I don't recall ever being called a gardening instrument.

Chapter 6: Who/What was the last
===============
1.Movie(s):

The last movie I watched was Scream and Scream Again (just finished before coming online). The last movie I saw in the theater was 300 back in March last year.

2.Person to text you:
JR, online (I don't have a cellphone).

3.Person you called:
Darren, to forward a message to him.

4.Person you hugged:
I'm not sure. Maybe Brett last time she visited.

5.Person you tackled?
I've no idea. I don't know if I've ever actually tackled anyone or not.

6. Person you talked to on IM?
Concurrently, it's JR.

7.Thing you touched:
My mouse to move the cursor so I could answer this question.

8. Thing you ate?
Three corndogs for supper.

9.Thing you drank:
Water.

10.Thing you said:
"Fine, bye."

11.Person you kissed:
I've never been kissed. :-C
