Sketch I did for ArtSlam albeit here he's in a female form as understandbly everyone has their own perception of what the reaper must look like. So clearly whomever did for him to look like this thought of the end coming in the form of a lady with a skull on her face. Kay. So at a guess this COULD be a Primalis perception.
