PLAYER
NAME: Your name or alias.
PERSONAL LJ: Your personal LiveJournal. Not required, but preferred...
EMAIL/MESSENGER(S): Emails are required, because we need this to contact you if issues come up. It is also helpful for other players to contact you this way. Additionally, please list your usernames on AIM, MSN, Yahoo!, whatever you happen to use. Not required, but extremely recommended, because it's faster than email.

CHARACTER
NAME: Your character's name.
FANDOM: The show, book, movie, etc. that they come from. (For allowed fandoms, see the FAQ.)
TIMELINE PERIOD: At what point they are taken from in their canon - i.e., chapter 131, just before this happens, but before that.
CANON SYNOPSIS: A general survey of your character: good things to touch on would be personality, personal history, their role in canon. Abilities, too, if it's applicable, especially if they happen to be particularly godmodery. (In which case they've got to be toned down; see the FAQ for help.) The golden rule here is quality, not quantity - novels are not required. This is just to give the mods a basic idea of the canon from which the character will be taken.
ONORATA-VERSE BACKGROUND: This is how your character fits into the Onorata world. Some things to touch upon would be AU-verse backstory, what family the character comes from (or if they are antimafia commission, neutral) and any pre-existing relationships you have worked out with other players, if applicable.
ALIGNMENT: Monacello, Vescovo, Antimafia Commission, or Neutral.
RANK: Please choose three ranks from the ranking list that you feel will be appropriate, and list them in the order you desire them. The mods will do their best to accommodate you and attempt to give you your first choice!

SAMPLES
THIRD PERSON: A sample of how you would write your character in a log in onoratalogs. Minimum of 100 words.
FIRST PERSON: A sample of how your character would be speaking if they were posting in onorata. Minimum of 3 sentences.
