BOOYAH! Joseph Chilleli, one of the local county legislators, was defeated by about 50 votes this election. I feel rather petty for opposing him, but I did. Largely in connection with two Utica Observer-Dispatch articles I posted about about a few months ago. The reasons I dislike him are as follows: 1) He seems to have his own pet advocacy group, "Concerned Citizens for a Better Herkimer ...
I originally intended this to be more complicated--you know, background, tree, coloring in the lines . . . but, uh, I ended up liking this. So. (Getting a short--maybe a few pages--Dog & Pony story in mind from the last D&D game I played. Karo delivers mail. ph34r. So I really ought to practice drawing the characters again.) Anyway, later!
... So . . . my request? Any fandom, any time, any theme. Just somethin' that acknowledges the concept [of Independence Day], and as something positive. :) That'd make me really happy. for akilika Regulus, later in his life, happy. For someone who exists in canon only in flashback, I quite like him :). for sonetka Teddy's twin girls find out that George is a twin and he has...

(Getting two floors ready to be painted, and then helping to cut the corrugated steel Bill was using for the garage roof.) Why does anyone need to hold down carpet with screws, nails, AND staples? Bah. And...
Made another prospective website preview-image. 'Cause I didn't really like the last one. The header image is a placeholder. Thanks for the offers of help in the last post; odds are I'll take at least one of you up on them. (Ken, I'm afraid I can't go with your suggestions--as of right now, I don't have a job to quit. :P) Anyway, I should probably gather snacks for D&D--I've been late ...
Given that this seems to be progressing, albeit only six strips so far, I think I'm going to try to put together a properwebsite. Webcomics Nation is easy, but I think I'd like something more . . . my own. Even if I've got to manage it manually. Which'll be a pain in the ass, but . . . I've tried Webcomics Nation, Drunk Duck, and Comic Genesis. Even if I don't have an updater, I daresay that...
