I was wondering if anyone here has read "The Thyroid Diet" by Mary Shomon? If so, would you recommend the book? Is there anything particularly new/enlightening in there, or is it your standard isocaloric*, low-GI, low processed foods plan? (*Isocaloric meaning a Zone-type ratio where you balance the amount of carbs, protein, and fat)
