back wheel for an xtracycle

I'm doing an xtracycle conversion and i need to get a new back wheel built. My budget for the wheel is $200 and it will have to take some heavy loads. Weight is not so important. Wheel and hub recommendations much appreciated.

Some photos of an Xtracycle in use…..

...he and some friends going camping , and how they rode their bikes up to the site. His photos include an Xtracycle in use, which made me all giddy as a schoolgirl: She’s on the back! They rode 8 miles in ...present later.
