I've seen another new (to me) bird. They are relatively common around but I've not seen one where I knew what it was, but the blue patches on the wings really give them away. I woke up early at 6:52 and sat on the couch bird watching. Today was a great day for it. I had the blue jays and nuthatch and other birds.
