Hey. I'm new, bet you can guess how I got here. I'm in a healthy weight range now (68 kg, 170cm, normal BMI), and I walk the dog for my exercise. But I do carry weight around my back and sides which I'd like to improve a bit and was wondeirng if anyone knows any exercises I may be able to do directed at those muscles ? Thanks
