1 cup minced, cooked chicken 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons minced celery 1 tablespoon finely chopped Italian capers 1/4 cup minced artichoke hearts 1 teaspoon chopped fresh Italian parsley whole wheat bread Combine all the ingredients, other than the bread, mixing well.
