Sleep Disturbance

..., shivering and sweating, sometimes crying. One night, I even woke up screaming. But ... nightmares, the memory of these fades almost immediately upon wakening. Awful night last night. I had such an intense dream. It's stayed with me all day. When I woke up this morning, the edge ... still halfway in it. My own voice had been what had brought me out of my sleep, as I moaned "No", over and over, tossing my head back and forth.
