i feel like i've gained 2 pounds... and from what the scale said, it looks like i did... maybe it was just cus i weighed myself after eating dinner, which i KNEW i shouldn't have eaten... but i'm definately fasting tomorrow! and after that i need a really effective way to lose weightt.... starting now! what're your opinions? what's best?....
