*sigh* Up a pound. I do have a cold at the moment, so I'll see if it comes back down during the week. I'm eating right and getting as much exercise as is feasible.

I've been overweight ... my senior year rolled along and I gained much of the weight I lost and added a few more than I had before.... like to admit that most of my problem stems from my weight and my refusal to admit that I have a weight problem...but here I am admitting and wanting to do something about ...
The weight loss thing actually appears to be working this time! Most of you ... my goal is to get within 10% of that weight and given that I'm unlikely to be carry ... only about 40% of the way through the weight loss that I want and that's likely to...still most pleased though and I hope that the weight loss I've managed so far will put other forms of exercise and weight loss more easily within my reach.
