299.6. WTF. I worked my ASS off this week, and it's not like I'm eating a bunch of junk besides. FUCK. ...honestly, I think it may just be water and scale vagueness. After weighing myself, I showered/shaved and voided at least some, but the weight didn't change. Also, I've been drinking 2L+ of water a day, and I know I'm not peeing more. Bleh. Frustrating, though I know I'm in better shape this...

Woke, voided. 297.8. Went to the gym (see above), tried again. Same weight. Weird. I suspect that last week I was more 299.X than straight .0, but whatever. 1.2 lbs is still weight lost. I've lost 29.2 lbs in 12 weeks - 2.42 lbs a week!

Weighed self this morning, but the scale wasn't recording the results - I pulled 299.2, a 300.0, and then a 301.2 and none of the secondary stuff (bonemass, water weight, etc) pulled so the datapoint wouldn't lock.
