How to say "No thanks"

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to politely say no thanks to sweets with out saying "I'm on a diet get your chocolate mayonaise cake away!" I have a co-worker who always brings in junk. ... of me thinks she doesn't want me to lose weight or something. Anyway, since the holidays are coming up, what are some good ways everyone says no thanks to the treats?
