Prayer Bead Necklace Project

... some genuine 14k gold ones I managed to find on ETSY. They don't have super thin walls, but they are still fragile, so I can appreciate the point of using gold-fill beads instead. Everything is strung on waxed dark grey irish linen thread.

... artist friends of mine, but for the life of me I cannot find any stores in the Portland area that sell waxed linen thread. I've tried craft places like Michael's and Craft Warehouse and fabric stores like ... ordering off the internet, so I'm curious if anyone knows of any stores around town where one might purchase waxed linen thread?
