"We've had opposing viewpoints before, but we-" "Might not come back from this one, no." Stephen's voice was warm with compassion, his eyes kind. "I was a doctor before I became a sorcerer, Tony." "But we can win this ...

And you want to believe that those who oppose your viewpoints are narrowminded, creepy assholes who are probably child molesters and hypocrites to boot. And then you find out that creeps and decent human beings are on all sides of the political spectrum. Ok,...

...to have 3 parts. But Jack has so much to say for himself and i have some ideas for the points of view of other characters (John and Lisa at the moment) so i've decided to rename it Viewpoints. I'm not sure how many parts there will be. It depends on how much the characters want to say. Hey! Checking in for just a sec

It just occurred to me that there probably are quite a few of my pictures in old posts/comments that don't appear anymore since we moved to the apartment and switched from Comcast to AT&T U-Verse. Yes, it seems we lost many images which were saved to and linked from my old Comcast account, which now appear as naked . Let this be a clue to everyone else ~ if you want your images to always ...

... to danger-and to a terrifying flight from a sadistic killer who is determined to silence them both forever." -- from the back cover My thoughts: Although the plot was a bit formulaic at times, the intensity of the action and the predicament of the characters kept my interest throughout. I especially liked getting the different viewpoints from the characters such as Chet, Davy and Celia.

... illness from my entire life crumbling apart. See this thing on the right side of my neck? And yes, what happened to Doctor Tiller is disgusting. I'm extremely conflicted morally about it; there are so many viewpoints that can be applied to it that I am going to take a while to understand my stance on it. I do know that too many people think he got what he deserved, though. He did not deserve ...

End the University as We Know It

Wow.  Some radical viewpoints in this article.  A lot of people enjoy the current university structure; they seem to function well within it and seem to learn and absorb a fair amount of knowledge and experience in the course of their undergraduate and possibly graduate/PhD experience.  But are they really? Higher education in the United States is broken.  As a philosophy/political science major,...

In terms of religion, the argument for a god's nonexistence is just as shaky as the arguments for a god's existence. In terms of morals... there isn't a good...
