Does Canada suffer from a viewgraph gap with respect to the USA?

Where are all the grandiose but doomed schemes from Canadian sources? We need more glossy pictures of Moonbases we will never build and gigantic domes over Toronto that will never be funded. The US has had visualizations of impractical domes over New York for nearly half a century or more!

When I selected a program about Kaguya's exploration of the Moon, I wanted to see a program about Kaguya's exploration of the Moon and not, say, the current NASA viewgraph future.
