Operation: TOFU

About 2 months ago, I decided to cut meat out of my diet. Since then, I've been trying more and more new vegetarian recipe ideas that bring protein and flavor into my meals. Unfortunately, I'm having a really hard time finding things I like. Not a fan of chickpeas though I can tolerate them and I only seem to like a few small pieces of Tofu in white miso soup (mmmm). ...t really matter. It's the summer now and I'm moving into my first apartment next year(!). Once, and for all, free of dining hall food and my mother's cooking, I look forward to pursuing a healthier lifestyle.
