I love eating healthy. This dish had a mix of boiled vegetables (including carrots, peas, red and green pepper, sweet corn and green beans), whole-grain rice, one tomato, one hard-boiled egg and tuna fish made by my mother and brought from Spain to Germany with love. :) I have to eat a lot of fiber and wholemeal food, and I love vegetables, so I really enjoyed eating this. :P
