I baked up some simple vanilla cupcakes for a bake sale benefiting an organization I belong to, Children Beyond Our Borders. :) I frosted them with "Strawberry Mist" Whipped topping (I don't think I'll get it again, it's much too sweet) and topped them with Red Sugar Sprinkles.
