Cuando esteis estresadas, deprimidas, enfadadas, etc etc, daos un baño caliente (no os sintáis mal por gastar agua en un baño de vez en cuando) que seguro que se os pasa. Se relajan los músculos, y el vapor te nubla la mente y te olvidas un poco de las penas/problemas. Sales y lo ves todo con otros ojos. A ser posible usad sales de baño que huelan muy bien o poned ese jabón que tanto os gusta =)
