SO. I didn't go shopping.

I went to the supermarket, bought 2 packets of cheddar to try these : Cheese Muffins, by Fig. I baked for WAY less than the 25 minutes recommended at 200 degrees C, about 10-15 minutes in total. 375F = 190C.
