finger problem

Hi, I posted here a few months ago about my weird cuticle problem, to which people mostly responded I should put moisturizer on. I've been doing this consistently for ages, but it clearly is only making them from peeling slightly less. My doctor has no clue what it is (the steroid/anti-yeast/fungal cream doesn't seem to work), and apparently it is not clubbing, either. Does anybody here know what...
