... a pretty good scaling. Flew through the first set of cleans and most of the ring dips, bogged down after that. I feel like my power cleans are coming up too far from my body, I need to do some more form work. Also I think it's time to drop to the thin band on ring dips. Had the triggerpoint seminar this week--it was awesome. I am all set up to trigger wildly. Let me know if you're sore. :)
