More Citi treatment.

Once again, Citi has reduced my Sears Card credit line to just above the existing balance.  They're still trying to trick me into going over the limit before I know it's reduced, so they can charge me more fees.  Greedy bastards.  This isn't going to encourage me to use the card more, or at all, at Sears or K-Mart, no matter how much the stores want me to.  Meanwhile, I'm paying it down ...
