it's 6:20 pm here. So far I've had One egg white and cheese omlette (90 calories) 1/4 bowl of soup (40ish calories) 1/4 small roll (40ish calories) Total = 170 calories Left = 130 calories. Gonna do 100 sit up's later. And maybe half an hour on the bike and an hour on the treadmil. I should burn about 400 that way. Hope all you beauties are having an amazing day

Day one of 20-day water fast. Hate myself. STATS: I'm 5'8 and 18 years old. CW: 146 (I weighed 148 this morning, I walked on the treadmil, drank water and took a shower then weighed myself again... is that normal to drop two lbs so quickly? My appetite is dead im not even hungry but I suspect that has more to do with being sick than having iron willpower. *sigh* I went to the gym today just walked on the treadmil for 45mins, just to get moving around. ...it. I did 2 sets of 15. Then it was cardio time. I did 30 min on arc trainer..the resistance varied tween 30 and 45..machine said I burned about 449 cals averageheart rate 175. Then I did 20 mins on treadmil at 3.0 speed at an inline on 8. Machine said i burned like 142. I know those things arent accurate about cals but it is a way to keep goals.
