..., he would not have his stuff, therfore would not be a published author. Both of these stories has to do with protecting your stuff. Whether your stuff be your friends and family "protecting your own" or a bundle of notebooks with the future written in it. The Teacher and the Transbay worker, both have something in common....they inspired these kids. Pushed them in the right direction.

Taking a pee while holding an ice cream cone

I used the bathroom at the transbay terminal this morning on the way to work when I saw a homeless guy who successfully peed, flushed, zipped (no wash), and took a lick of the ice cream cone he had been holding the whole time before even leaving the stall: I would like to know how you did that, but hope I never see something like that again.
