The tomato sauce in their burgers is more like pasta tomato sauce, bursting with tomatoey goodness. I love the Mos burger! ...so works. another cool thing i did w/ this lasagna was crumple up a bunch of wheat chex and saltine crackers and spread that over the bottom dough (or pasta sheet or tortillas). then i covered that with a tomatoey bean sauce. since it was on the bottom, it got lots of steam and liquid. so it turned out nice and contributed to the lightness. i had to boil down the veggies a bit to remove tartness ...
