So, I recently upgraded my PC from Windows XP to Windows 7, and I've been quite happy with it... with one exception. Due to changes in the way that "always on top" works in 7 (and Vista before it), HeroStats and other overlay windows cannot be placed on top of COH in fullscreen mode. The author of HeroStats has confirmed that there's nothing he can do about it , and the only workaround is to run...

I'm noticing things like quality of sound, stability, and flash are in the shitter since upgrading. I also notice the UI was changed in ways that reek of Vistaism: my previous background wasn't "broken", now it's no longer available. My previous titlebar color had nothing wrong with it. In the software world, we call this a "regression".
