anything is better than nothing

...and soak in everything to learn like a sponge. i'm going to see my doctor and have him write a note that i'm healthy as a fucking horse. i'm going to yoga where i'll listen to the tides lapping the shore instead of Lightning Crashes, and i'm going to learn to pray and still my thoughts. i'm going to call up the instructor, who felt really bad for me and offered some free personal training sessions...
