Extended antibiotic use, YIs, and dissatisfaction with care

I read somewhere that grapefruit seed extract can be used to kill yeast in pads. My question is how to use it. I usually soak with tea tree oil, would I go the same with grapefruit seed extract or should I make a spray? I normally soak, wash in warm, and dry on high.
