I read a recent report that says that it's getting more difficult for ID thieves to use someone else's identity to create a line of credit, as it's getting more difficult to obtain credit in the first place. So, more ID thieves are going directly after bank account and credit account information. No real surprise there; I've been seeing 'phishing' attacks right along. But you sometimes wonder ...
