my complaint to the citizens police review board

... of the increasingly aggressive attitude that zone 5 police officers seem to have against urban cyclists. I was present and witnessed the events at the March 31, 2006 Critical Mass bike ride . I don't appreciate this sort of treatment of cyclists in my neighborhood. As a taxpaying citizen, I do not appreciate our police officers lying on their reports, and fabricating incidents out of nothing.
