Last night, we experimented with making syllabub. It actually turned out quite good! Here's the recipe we used: 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup wine (it calls for white, but DH wanted red) 1/8 cup lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest Nutmeg to taste (we left this out) Whip cream and sugar, gradually whip in wine, juice and zest Ta da!
