Awww, first snapped needle!

Doll snapped her very first needle! Awwww~ Unfortunately, my way of sewing the tutu is NOT behaving. My ruffling foot is throwing FITS. It's refusing to gather- I might just have too many layers of tulle. I'll need to ruffle each individual piece and then sew them together. FFF.
