I finally stepped On the scale today. One of the happiest moments in a long time. I went From my highest weight (142 ughh) to 135.1! That's 7.2 pounds I lost and my grandmas (surprisingly). now I just have 15 pounds to go, Ill give it a month and ill be Able to achieve. 4 pounds a week for 4 weeks. hope you all are doing well! im starting my water fast today :) i ate breakfast, but i havent eaten since then. i planned on eating a little more today, but then i stepped on my scale.. and i gained 2 pounds yesterday due to a binge. so im water fasting from now until hopefully saturday. maybe longer. can someone please explain this whole ketosis thing to me? it only happens if you dont eat any carbs right? and how long ...
