Mmm, I made Chili con Carne today from Venison, but I overdid the cayenne pepper. You pretty much have to eat it with something else if you are at all sensitive to spiciness. It goes really well with peanut butter sandwiches actually. Unfortunately, I've got another 7 lbs to lose in just over a week, so I've already eaten too many peanut butter and chili sandwiches as it is today.
